A new 38 bed residential home development with common areas and ‘back of house’ facilities.
An additional ‘managers house’ was constructed using part refurbishment of an existing coach house and part new build extension clad in brick to match the existing.
The majority of the building is of flat slab concrete frame construction, to minimise overall building height, providing future flexibility and robust fire and acoustic separation between floors whilst the single storey kitchen and common area blocks are of load bearing SFS construction to minimise foundation requirements and facilitate quick construction.
SuDS drainage system designed to infiltrate all storm water back into the ground, access roads and parking designed to protect existing tree roots with no dig construction methods. New entrance onto the public highway created.
