The extensive refurbishment and re-modelling of an existing stone public community hall that was destroyed by fire in 2007; the ‘Phoenix from the ashes!’
The existing hall was refurbished to accommodate at ground and first floor levels a main auditorium that seats 400 people with a large stage and orchestra pit.
A new third storey supports a multipurpose dance floor and a mini-pod cinema seating 70.
The front elevation was designed to form a double height glazed area that houses a café and bar.
