AKSWard undertook a Planned and Preventative Maintenance Survey on Eynsham Hall estate prioritising catch up repairs and maintenance works over a 5 year period. The main building, which is a Grade II listed Mansion House, is currently used as a luxury hotel.
The commission required a collection of Eynsham Hall estate properties to be included with the expenditure plan, including a Grade II listed gatehouse within the grounds. The surveys were undertaken on a wide range of different style buildings, from the Listed Main Hall to the 1930’s residential cottage. AKSWard provided a team of surveyors over a number of days on site to assess and record the condition of all of the external and internal elements of the properties.
