A high quality two-storey contemporary dwelling with a spacious internal layout for a private client, constructed using a SIP system by Bentley Projects, following the demolition of a single-storey bungalow on the site in Southampton.
AKSWard was involved in the project from an early stage to provide preliminary design and advice on an efficient and economical foundation solution to support the SIP system and to provide the construction design and details of the foul and surface water drainage, and external works.
